A note from Avery
Making music with friends I admire is one of my favorite things in this life. Singing next to Eric Roberson on “Sweeter Than You” felt like coming home. Joining Cory Henry to honor B.B. King, with Meshell Ndegeocello at the helm, was a dream. And leading “Just a Closer Walk With Thee” with Mr. Ron Carter and Ricky Dillard’s choir took me straight back to church. I’m so grateful to be part of all three.
